As customers, you do not have any legal obligation to provide any information to Erda. However, we require certain information from you in order to operate properly, including completing a transaction on your behalf. Login credentials (email and username) enable us to personalize and improve our services. You hereby agree and acknowledge that any information you do provide to us is provided at your own free will, for the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Notice and that we may keep such information in a database(s) which will be registered and kept in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Information Provided To Us
We receive and store any information you enter on the Services or provide to us in any other way. The types of information provided by you may include your full name, email address, username, password, home and billing address, shipping address, order details of transactions carried out on the Sites, and payment information (payment information is held by our payment processors rather than us).
Buying through Erda
Sometimes when you select a particular product that you wish to buy, you will be taken directly to the third party Erda merchant (the "Erda Partner") website and asked to provide further personal details, which are likely to include your billing and delivery address, and payment card details. The personal details you enter on these Erda Partner websites will be collected, stored and processed in accordance with the terms and conditions and privacy policy of these websites. You must read and accept the terms and conditions and privacy and cookie policies of the Erda Partner website before purchasing your items from them. Erda is not responsible for the terms and conditions, privacy policies of and/or practices on other sites. The Erda Partners are solely responsible for any and all issues related to products and services offered on their websites, including but not limited to issues arising from the processing of your transactions on the Erda Partner websites. Erda Partner Websites
If you are making a payment on one of our Erda Partner websites, payment can be made by any card accepted by the Erda Partner that delivers the product. You will be asked to enter your shipping details, billing details and payment details in order to purchase the product from the Erda Partner.
Links to Other Sites
The Services contain links to other sites such as Erda Partners. Erda is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. When linking to another site you should read the privacy policy stated on that site. This Notice only governs information collected on the Services.
